Discover science of coffee, sleep and performance

Could you be drinking more coffee than you need to? I love coffee, both as a pleasant drink and as a performance enhancer, but over the years I’ve become more aware of the up and down-sides of the world’s favourite stimulant.

I recently created a short video, as a pilot for a new project I’m working on. In the video, I explore the science of coffee, caffeine, sleep and performance, including some practical tips to use coffee more efficiently and effectively. I hope you enjoy it.
